What is an AA Approved Dealer?
Being part of the AA Approved Dealer programme means that we are considered as a safe place from where to buy a used car. We recognise that buying a car can be a big financial commitment, so we want to make sure the choice you make is the right one for you.
Once you’ve purchased your used car, the support you receive doesn’t stop there. We’ve committed to providing our customers with the highest levels of customer service before, during and after the sale. Should you experience a problem with your car following the purchase, we are here to help you and aim to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
What is our Dealer Promise?
As an AA Approved Dealer, we do so much more than simply selling a car - we’ve made a promise to our customers that we will:
- Provide a minimum of 6 months MOT on all of our used cars & vans.
- Allow you to test drive any vehicle in stock which is available at our showroom.
- Welcome you to request a vehicle inspection before you buy.
- Make sure each of our used cars is in good condition.
- Provide the V5 registration and service records where available.
- Work closely with you and the AA Cars team to help rectify any issue that may occur.
- Honour our obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to protect your purchase even when you’ve driven home from the dealership.
